Compliance & Customer Protection
At Wazzi’s Towing, we operate in full compliance with Ontario’s towing regulations under the Towing and Storage Safety Enforcement Act (TSSEA). Our goal is to provide transparent, professional, and customer-focused service that not only meets — but exceeds — provincial standards.
Before any service is performed, every customer is clearly informed of their rights when receiving a tow. This includes your right to choose your towing company and destination, receive full rate disclosure, and review all required documentation before work begins.
All customers are required to review and sign a valid Consent to Tow and Store Form prior to any service being completed. This form includes key details such as the tow operator’s information, certificate number, destination, and agreed services. Without proper consent, towing services cannot legally be charged — ensuring full protection for every customer.
We provide clear and upfront pricing by following the Ministry-approved Maximum Rate Schedule, which must be disclosed before any work begins. Customers also receive an itemized invoice before payment, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
As required by Ontario law, our operators follow a strict code of conduct, prioritizing safety, professionalism, and fairness at every step. This includes taking reasonable precautions to prevent vehicle damage, using the most direct route to your chosen destination, and allowing access to your vehicle when needed.
Our commitment goes beyond basic compliance. From dispatch to roadside service, we aim to deliver a level of professionalism, transparency, and respect that sets a higher standard in the towing industry.
